Fluted polypropylene corrugated plastic sheets are lightweight, durable, and versatile materials widely used in packaging, printing, construction, and protection applications. They are typically manufactured from high-quality polypropylene (PP) resin with a hollow fluted structure that provides excellent strength while keeping the sheet lightweight. Standard thicknesses range from 2mm to 12mm, with common grammages from 300gsm to 3000gsm depending on the application. Sheet widths can usually be produced up to 2600mm, and lengths can be customized according to customer requirements. These sheets are available in various colors such as white, black, blue, red, yellow, and green, with options including corona treatment, UV resistance, anti-static, flame-retardant, and printable surfaces.
