Mantis Board is an innovative waterjet cutting support surface engineered for both abrasive and water-only jet cutting. Fabricated from a durable polypropylene/polyethylene co-polymer (PP+PE) with a honeycomb fluted core, it provides a smooth, flat, and uniform platform that stabilizes small, brittle, or delicate workpieces-preventing them from falling into the catch tank and minimizing splashback-induced "frosting" on part undersides. The internal cellular structure promotes rapid drainage of water and abrasive debris while reducing cutting noise. Damaged sections can be easily repaired by hot-gluing in replacement pieces, and the board is reversible, lightweight, and 100% recyclable. Ideal for cutting metal, stone, plastic, glass, and composite materials.
