Safety signs are signs set up for safety reasons

Dec 09, 2021

Safety signs are signs set up for safety reasons to reduce potential safety hazards. They can be seen at the gate outside the factory, inside the factory and on the road. The safety signs required by the traffic department are divided into prohibition signs and attention to obstacles signs.

Safety signs required at the gate outside the factory

1. Relevant safety signs with limited height and width must be set up at the gates where vehicles enter and exit.

2. "No smoking" safety sign.

3. Set up safety protection signs according to factory conditions. Such as: "must wear a helmet", "must wear protective glasses", "must wear protective shoes".

Safety signs required inside the factory

Set up warning signs at relevant places

Set "Beware of electric shock" in the power distribution room, switches and other places.

In mechanical workshops prone to mechanical involvement, rolling, rolling, shearing and other injuries, "beware of mechanical injury" is set up.

In machining workshops that are prone to hand injuries, set up "Beware of hurting hands".

In foundry workshops and workshops with sharp-angled bulk materials that are likely to cause foot injury, set up "beware of piercing feet".

At the door of the relevant workshop where protection needs to be taken, a graphic sign of mandatory precautionary measures shall be set up.

In workshops prone to splashes, such as welding, cutting, machining and other workshops, "must wear protective glasses" is set.

In workshops with noise exceeding 85dB, set "must wear ear protection".

In the workplaces that are prone to hand injury, such as machining workshops where hands are easily cut, and operation points that are prone to electric shock hazards, "protective gloves must be worn".

In workshops that are prone to foot smashing (stab) injuries, "must wear protective shoes" is set.
