Corrugated plastic sheet, widely recognized in the industry by trade names such as Coroplast, Corflute, Correx,  is a high-performance thermoplastic extruded from premium polypropylene (PP) resin. Characterized by its distinctive double-walled, fluted hollow core structure, this material achieves an exceptional balance between high rigidity and extreme lightness, typically weighing 60% to 70% less than solid extruded plastic sheets of comparable thickness.

The surface options are extensive, including natural finish, corona-treated for superior ink adhesion in screen printing and digital UV printing, anti-static (ESD-safe for electronics), UV-stabilized for extended outdoor lifespan, and flame-retardant grades. The smooth, flat surface facilitates easy secondary processing, including die-cutting, scoring, folding, welding, and edge sealing, without risk of cracking or delamination.
