The disadvantage is that the product is not compact, the flatness is poor, and it is difficult to control the uniform wall thickness.

The third type is called injection molding. The plastic tray products formed in this way have the advantages of flatness, smoothness, crispness and compactness. They can be divided into two types: double-sided integral type and assembled type trays. The shape of the integral tray is complex and the cost is high, but the product quality is relatively good. Many manufacturers use assembled trays, which divide the double-sided monolithic tray into upper and lower parts, which are separately injection-molded and then assembled.

The last method is called extrusion molding, which is to use extruder, machine head and other equipment to extrude the slats used as upper and lower panels and the I-shaped connection with compound wings used as connecting support. board before assembling. At the same time, with the emergence of wood-plastic composite materials, the development of extrusion molding plastic pallets has been promoted.
