Q: How do you ensure product quality?
A: First, our production workers inspect all sheets during the manufacturing process. In addition, our quality control inspectors check the weight, dimensions, color, surface condition, corona treatment, and printing quality every two hours and keep detailed records. Finally, the packing staff performs a final inspection before shipment.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: For trial orders, we accept small quantities such as 1–2 pallets for quality evaluation. For regular mass production orders, the minimum quantity is usually one 20'FT container.
Q: Can you arrange fast delivery for urgent orders?
A: Yes. For long-term customers, we can prioritize production and arrange shipment of one 40'HQ container within one week if urgently needed.
Q: Can I request customized products or packaging?
A: Absolutely. We are happy to support customized requirements, such as logo printing, label application, kraft paper or thicker film packaging, special loading methods, and more. We will do our best to meet your needs.
